These Terms govern the use of the niro.hr website, the marketing site of the Niro AI assistant, which is developed and maintained by Upheave Technologies.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Niro AI assistant itself on our clients’ websites, and the contractual relationship with clients, are governed by separate service terms and agreements. Details: https://app.niro.hr/legal.

2. Site content

This site provides information about the Niro AI assistant, its capabilities, how it works and its applications. The information is informational in nature and we may change it without prior notice.

3. Demo request

You can request a demo through the form. By submitting the form you:

  • agree that we may contact you regarding your request
  • warrant that the data entered is accurate and that you have the right to use the email address and URL provided

The request creates no obligation for you or for us. Processing of the entered data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully. It is prohibited to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or disrupt it
  • enter unlawful, offensive or harmful content into the form
  • automatically collect site content without authorization
